The google kit has nothing to do
with Google, and it won't surprise us if Google takes legal
action against the creator of the scheme for fooling consumers.
At first glance, the google kit
looks like it sells for only a couple of dollars. That is
how they snare their victims. We are seeing a long list of
complaints that, at some point during the transaction process,
the customer unknowingly agrees to also pay a membership fee for
$77 or more. Every complaint is the same. They all
complain that they never saw such an agreement, or they would
not have made the purchase. They thought they were
only paying a couple of dollars for the item.
Days later, after the product
doesn't even arrive, and when the customers calls (if they are
able to find a phone number) the company to see what the problem
is, the only reach reach a full voicemail, or if their call is
answered, they are told they purchased a membership and they
should have read the terms and conditions. Refunds are not
offered. We have been told that complaints should go
to: 888-760-6767. We are also told that the service
representatives are rude
They are told that if they had
contacted the company within 3 days, they would have received a
refund, but since they waited a week, there is nothing that can
be done to assist them.
In a nutshell, They do not tell
you that after 1 week, they will charge your account $77+..and
give you a free gift...which if you keep this book after a
specific number of days, they charge you $33+.
We advise all consumers to avoid
the google kit offer.
